Anna and the French Kiss- Tone and Mood

1. The tone of my book is calming and romantic. I know this because Anna and St. Claire are always talking romance and when doing this they are very calm and soothing with their tone. The mood of my story is loving. I know the mood is loving because when I am reading it they make me feel calm and loved and like they are truly in love. An example of this is where it is saying...
a. “Perfect is overrated. Perfect is boring."
I smile. "You don't think I'm perfect?"

"No. You're delightfully screwy, and I wouldn't have you any other way.”

This proves that the tone and mood of my story is calming and romantic because the two of them are talking in a very cute and loving way and expressing there love for each other in soothing and calm ways. 2. An example of when a character swayed the belief of another character is when St. Claire swayed Anna's opinion about how it is okay for her dad to write stories about women having cancer and other bold subjects like that. He used a very calm and convincing tone. This impacted her decision because if he was screaming and just blurting out what he thought she would of blocked him out and gotten upset and did the opposite. His tone made her think about what he was saying and she was able to process it.
